Job Role:
Supporting Crondall Energy’s technical activities in the area of process engineering and field development studies; Lead and manage execution of various floating production system studies and projects.
Education:
BEng/Meng Chemical Engineering; Chartered Member IChemE.
Experience:
10 years (min) of process engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry; Offshore experience (particularly with FPSOs) is preferred; Previous experience in a consultancy role is advantageous.
Skills:
Leadership and a commitment to high standards within the process/facilities engineering discipline;
Demonstrates a high level of analytical expertise in the core areas of the process/facilities engineering discipline (process simulation, equipment sizing, weight/cost estimation, technology selection, topsides layout);
Demonstrates the ability to lead and supervise engineers and senior engineers in the execution of project work;
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the role of other disciplines within the full FPSO project;
Ability to lead client discussions & presentations with clients across a range of disciplines (full FPSO project scope);
Ability to lead business development initiatives/proposals;
Ability to manage complete discipline scope on multidiscipline studies;
Strong communication skills.
Strong report writing and presentation skills in English.
