Job Role:
Crondall Energy are looking to recruit Control & Instrumentation/Electrical engineering graduates to help develop our patented autonomous floating facility technology, intended for CCUS, floating substations, and microgrids. Crondall Energy’s wholly owned technology subsidiary (BPT www.buoyantproduction.com) is about to commence an ocean scale prototype program, providing a graduate the opportunity to get hands on experience designing, building, and installing an autonomous facility.
Education:
2:1 or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, control systems, automation)
Experience:
Previous work experience not essential but a relavant degree is required.
Skills:
Be able to understand and be a part of developing new techniques and practices for an evolving energy market, with a particular focus on carbon capture & storage, emissions reduction and electrification
Participate in the technical design and engineering of offshore facilities, including floating and fixed facilities
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure that your discipline is integrated with the overall project design
Able to work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Learn and utilise technical software
Provide insights and engineering for a wide range of stakeholders including operators, contractors, governments, investment banks and industry bodies.
